This post (what was left of it) has been hanging around, unpublished, since last year at this time and I tried to finish it up today before Thanksgiving comes and goes again. As with everything else electronic in my life in the last week, technology let me down and I lost what I had written. I won't go into the gory details, we've all had our problems with electronics and technology and we all know how it feels to want to commit Hari Kari.
Needing a quote to begin the article, I gave myself a break from writing to search for a couple of quotes, calm myself and put down the sword. What I discovered were so many lovely quotations about Gratitude and being Thankful. The following quotes say so much more succinctly and beautifully what I'd been trying to write last year and again this year. And having had what little I had written disappear...it seemed the universe may be trying to tell me something.
So rather than my own writing, which is off in Ether-Etherland somewhere, I hope you enjoy the following quotes as much as I did. I am grateful to these people who said it so much better than I ever could.
